The world outside

Peeking through the window

Unforgiven

"What I've felt
What I've known
Never shined through what I've shown
Never free
Never me
So I dub thee unforgiven"

Ambiguous Identities and Murky future

"Close your eyes and you'll find the way out of dark"

Alter-ego rising

One of the two identities is a rising's force. Existent of both will change future's course.

Sound Sync Shoot

Oh, dear! It can take 15 minutes for a 2-seconds shot. In a day, to get a really good shots, you should try not to shoot a scene beyond 2 minutes of time lenght.

Sleepless Nights

Oh, why can't I sleep on my time? These bloody, scary thoughts. I wish I can lock my brain away somewhere else, and have a peaceful, deep sleep.

Nights In White Satin

Nights in white satin, never reaching the end,
Letters I've written, never meaning to send.
Beauty I've always missed, with these eyes before.
Just what the truth is, I can't say anymore.

Breath deep
The gathering gloom
Watch lights fade
From every room
Bedsitter people
Look back and lament
Another day's useless
Energy spent

Impassioned lovers
Wrestle as one
Lonely man cries for love
And has none
New mother picks up
And suckles her son
Senior citizens
Wish they were young

Cold hearted orb
That rules the night
Removes the colours
From our sight
Red is gray and
Yellow white
But we decide
Which is right
And
Which is an Illusion

- The Moody Blues

I felt that as I was listening to the song, it was no different than the emotions I was experiencing. I just wish. I just wish. Nothing more.

In the memory of Dr. Randy Pausch

A tribute to the life of Dr. Randy Pausch. I was reading his book 'The last lecture', in the chapter wherein he gets the news of him being affected by cancer and he has few days left to live. He tells his wife that on the very day, since he is alive, he feels it is great to have wonderful life and he is enjoying his life.

I looked outside my window. There was bright sunlight, and an ordinary view of buildings around me. I felt the same way as Dr. Pausch did: It is great to be alive.

Steadicam, Baby!

It's an ultimate toy!

Weird film-making names

The dolly. The Spyder. The Bazooka. The tracks. The grip. The trolley.
Learning to get a tracking shot. In the end, it is really fun to get pushed by the grip. However, getting a right shot needs discipline.
